Legendary artist Alice Cooper and Slash were honored at the event, which also featured appearances by Wayne Kramer, Chester Bennington (LINKIN PARK),Robin Zander (CHEAP TRICK) and BLIND MELON.
Alice Cooper was honored as the recipient of the Stevie Ray Vaughan Award for his dedication to and support of the MusiCares MAP Fund and his devotion to helping other addicts with the recovery process. Slash was the recipient of the MusiCares From the Heart Award for his unconditional friendship and dedication to the mission and goals of the organization.
